McCarthy Stone is recruiting a professional Care & Support Assistant to join our team at the prestigious PymCourt development in Topsham, Exeter.
Built in 2022, PymCourt is a Retirement Living Plus development comprising 53 apartments designed for those over 70, offering excellent on-site facilities within beautiful grounds.
Hourly rate: £12.80 per hour, with potential to earn up to an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend shifts.

As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to our residents, supporting their wellbeing. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and shopping assistance. Every day will be varied, offering a chance to make a meaningful difference through your people skills.
