About Pym Court: Built in 2022, Pym Court is a Retirement Living Plus development with 53 apartments, designed for residents over 70, offering excellent on-site facilities within beautiful grounds.

Hourly rate: £12.80 per hour, with potential to earn up to an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend shifts.

About the role:

As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality, individual care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. Your duties include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and shopping assistance. Every day offers variety and the chance to make a meaningful difference using your people skills.

About you:

• A warm, friendly individual, ideally with experience in care or support environments.
• Passionate about enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Interested in working in the Health and Social Care sector; a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) is preferred, but relevant experience or alternative qualifications will be considered.
