Salary: £12 - £16 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description

Apply4U is hiring a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM & Admin Support Assistant to manage customer relationship systems and provide administrative support. This role is ideal for someone organized, analytical, and eager to grow within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate customer and sales data
  2. Generate reports, track leads, and monitor pipeline activity
  3. Provide administrative support to sales, marketing, and operations teams
  4. Assist in setting up campaigns and automating CRM workflows
  5. Handle inbound queries and ensure timely follow-up actions
  6. Support CRM improvements and system training for new users
Requirements:
  1. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  2. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  4. Ability to work independently remotely
