Full Time / Permanent
Exeter
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the first step in their legal support career by joining our Legal Support Hub.
The Legal Support Hub is a central admin team that supports lawyers and legal PAs from across the firm with tasks such as document formatting, putting documents into house style, typing and dictation, along with general admin tasks.
This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills, gain exposure to work from across several different practice areas, and build connections with different teams. The team is headed by a Hub Co-ordinator who supervises the team and allocates and monitors the work.
Legal support is integral to the success of our lawyers and clients. As a Legal Support Assistant (Legal PA/Secretary), you will receive training and support from our IT Training Team and Hub Co-ordinator.
We are seeking someone who is keen to learn and willing to undertake a variety of tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys typing, pays good attention to detail, has strong time management skills, can multitask, and has good written and verbal communication skills, all alongside a helpful and friendly demeanour.
With a passion for providing excellent support and a 'can-do' attitude, you will have a keen eye for detail and a drive to develop.
Our people genuinely enjoy coming to work and spending time with colleagues. Once you discover our open and friendly culture, you'll feel the same.
We have a team approach because we know talented people working together achieve more for our clients and each other.
We recognize that each career journey is unique. We will support your development and give you the space and flexibility for your life outside work. Our goal? To help you realize your full potential within a forward-thinking team and business. That's what sets us apart.
We offer benefits to support you both at work and at home, including flexible working, extra annual leave for your birthday, and the option to buy more holiday.
Our comprehensive package includes support for physical and mental health, healthcare plans, an Employee Assistance programme, and free access to the Calm mindfulness app.
You can also participate in our responsible business initiatives, such as fundraising and involvement in environment or diversity groups. For a full list of benefits, please see the attachment below.
Interested but unsure if you meet all requirements? We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We offer training and development to help everyone reach their potential.
