Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (1st or 2nd Level) registration or willingness to pursue.
• Willingness to undertake teaching and assessing qualification.
• Willingness to undertake conversion course to Part 1 of the NMC register.
• Diploma or willingness to undertake Diploma.
• Teaching and assessing qualification

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Ensure prescribed medications are given on time.
• Coordinate with Allied Health Professionals for timely discharge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge to comply with NMC requirements.
• Contribute to research and audit activities.
• Record all knowledge and activities in the Trust system.
• Report to Ward Manager and Matron.
