Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking part-time Healthcare Assistants to join our Medicine, Emergency Care and Surgical divisions in Blackpool.

You will work under supervision of a Registered Nurse, support patients with daily tasks, observe and report changes, and undertake training including Care Certificate. The role offers development, NHS pension, and a chance to contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with patients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.
• Ability to follow Trust policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering patient care.
• Support patients with daily tasks including hygiene and meals.
• Record observations and maintain accurate notes.
• Promote patient dignity and comfort.
• Contribute to safe admissions, transfers and discharges.
