Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Care and Support role to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver direct patient care, promote independence, monitor nutrition and hydration, and support infection prevention and control measures.

Training is provided to complete clinical observations and required competencies. Join a supportive ward environment where you will communicate with patients, families and colleagues, report concerns to the nurse
