Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Store Manager in Cardiff to lead a premium outdoor lifestyle retail store. You will own day-to-day operations and drive commercial performance while developing a passionate team and engaging with the Cardiff community to bring the brand’s sea and outdoor ethos to life.

The role requires proven retail leadership, a commercial mindset, and a genuine interest in outdoor and active lifestyles.

We're looking for a Store Manager in Cardiff to lead an exciting retail store for a growing, purpose-led outdoor lifestyle brand.

This is a role for someone who wants to do more than simply run a store. You'll be responsible for the commercial performance of the business, but you'll also have the opportunity to make the store a genuine part of the Cardiff community, building relationships with customers and bringing the brand's passion for the sea and outdoors to life in the city.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store, while leading and developing a passionate retail team.

You've been responsible for:

• Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance, taking ownership of the P&L
• Creating a welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging store environment
• Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
• Bringing the brand to life through events, partnerships and local activations

• Feeding customer and local market insight back into the wider business
