You will recruit and develop the team, manage stock, visuals and KPI reporting, and work weekends and peak periods as required. The role demands leadership, commercial acumen, and a proactive store-wide mindset to maintain POP MART's premium retail standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in retail management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience managing rotas, payroll, and store KPIs.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
