Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant for our Cardiff Queen Street Branch. The role operates on a rota, Monday to Saturday, with a mix of am and pm shifts. You will listen, advise on products, handle calls, and build strong customer relationships while supporting colleagues in a busy branch environment.

You will thrive in a multi-skilled, flexible role that values proactive service, problem solving, and a customer-centric approach in a technology-driven banking culture.
