Candour Talent Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our client’s team in Cardiff. The role focuses on recruitment administration, posting job ads, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and maintaining HR records onsite.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail to support management and drive HR processes across the business in Cardiff.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Experience in a fast-paced office-based environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with strong attention to detail.
• Good commercial awareness and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment of new staff – posting job ads, attending job fairs, arranging interviews.
• Support with the induction of new starters.
• Complete RTW checks and maintain tracker for new and existing staff.
• Update HR system with absences and to monitor against Bradford Factor.
• Keep track of probationary periods and training records.
• Update holiday records and run clocking-in reports.
• Ensure personnel files are updated and filed accurately.
• Chase outstanding documentation and take minutes in meetings and disciplinaries.
• Support audits and employee engagement initiatives.
