Overview

We are looking for a motivated radiographer to join our multidisciplinary team to deliver care to patients undergoing cardiac and neuro-interventional procedures including joining the on-call rota for Primary PCI and Stroke Thrombectomy. To provide a high-quality radiographic service for the purpose of diagnosis or research; to work within both local, national regulations and guidelines concerning ionising radiation and health and safety. To liaise with other members of the multidisciplinary team within the department; to provide education and training for staff, while encouraging teamwork and valuing each member of the team for their involvement and specialist expertise. To be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of that department in accordance with departmental protocols during the absence of the Superintendent radiographer.
