Zusammenfassung

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse for the Cardiac Day Case Unit. The role covers a Monday–Friday pattern from 07:30 to 21:00, with support from nursing and medical teams and training provided to develop required clinical skills.

You will prepare patients for procedures, support recovery, and deliver discharge advice while maintaining patient safety and high-quality care within NHS standards.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nursing qualification and active NMC registration.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality and timely nursing care to all patients with clear communication and reassurance.
• Take charge of the unit and coordinate catheter lab activity following training.
• Maintain high standards of nursing care and follow NMC guidelines.
• Maintain accurate written and electronic records in line with legal requirements.
• Be prepared to work flexibly to the needs of the service.
