As a Car Sales Executive, you will greet customers, understand their needs, present vehicles, arrange test drives, and guide the full sales process from enquiry to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident, motivated and commercially driven.
• Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging with customers face-to-face and digitally.
• Understanding customer requirements and matching to vehicles.
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Following up leads and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers.
• Discussing finance options and additional products where appropriate.
• Achieving individual and dealership sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.
• Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the buying journey.
