Wessex Garages is recruiting Car Sales Executives for our Kia dealership in Bristol. You will be responsible for selling vehicles and promoting finance, insurance products and Paint Protection, supporting customers through every step of their buying journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Kia team as we prepare to move into our brand-new flagship Kia dealership at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, in Autumn 2026. This major investment in the Kia brand will create a state-of-the-art retail environment and offers the chance to be part of a new dealership from the very beginning.
The role will initially be based at our current Kia dealership on Feeder Road, Bristol, before relocating to Cribbs Causeway when the new site opens.

About The Role

Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit Car Sales Executives for our Kia dealership in Bristol. You will not only be responsible for selling vehicles, but will be selling and promoting Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection.
In this role, you will support our customers through every step of their buying journey—from their first interaction with us to the moment they drive away in their new car. With our comprehensive training and development programme, you'll gain the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.

Person specification

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we're looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. While previous sales experience is not essential, we are seeking a positive, motivated person who is ready to achieve and grow in a results-driven environment.
You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge. With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team. You'll also inspire your colleagues to reach their full potential, helping to drive sales in our dealership.

Key information

• Working Pattern: 40 hours a week across Mon - Sat (with a 1 hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September
