KPI People Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a busy franchised car dealership in Warwick for a Sales Executive to join a high performing team. You will sell New & Used vehicles, present finance options and add-ons, and handle handovers with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Essential requirements include a full UK driving licence; franchised dealer experience is desirable. OTE £48k-£50k with a basic of £21k-£24k and a company car, 23 days leave, and a strong benefits package.

Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Warwick have the requirement for an Sales Executive to join their established and high performing sales team.

• Introducing Finance, Insurance and Add-On Products
• Handing Over Sold Vehicles
• Prospecting Customers
• Maximising every opportunity
• Delivering the very highest levels of customer service
• Data Quality & FCA Compliance

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Franchised Dealer Experience

Remuneration & Benefits

• £21,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary
• £48,000 - £50,000 OTE (uncapped), High Performers can earn £75,000 (uncapped)

Working Hours

• 5 day working week
• Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 6pm (with 1 day off every week)
