Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Car Sales Executive in Strood, United Kingdom, to join a fast-growing independent dealership. You’ll work five days a week with hours from 9am to 7:30pm on weekdays, plus Saturdays and Sundays as listed in the ad.

A base salary of £22k accompanies a £60k OTE, with top performers earning well above that target. “Sell with purpose” and drive results by converting leads into sales while offering add-ons.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous car sales experience—ideally with a proven sales record.
• Passion: A love for cars and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
• People skills: An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell.
• Self-starter: You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.
• Great pay: £22k basic, with an achievable £60k OTE - top performers are earning in excess of £85k.

Hours:

• 5 Days Per Week
• Monday to Friday: 9am – 7.30pm
• Saturdays: 8.30am – 6pm
• Sunday: 9.30am – 5pm
