BCT Resourcing is seeking a driven Car Sales Executive to join our client in Rochester. You will sell new and used cars, understand customer needs, and upsell accessories to maximise earnings.

The role offers a £22,000 base salary with a lucrative £60,000 OTE and a performance-driven culture within a fast-growing, independent dealership. Expect a high-volume environment with clear targets and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent) - ideally with a proven sales record.
• Passion: A love for cars and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
• People skills: An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell.
• Self-starter: You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.

Hours:

• 5 Days Per Week
• Monday to Friday: 9am - 7.30pm
• Saturdays: 8.30am - 6pm
• Sunday: 9.30am - 5pm
