Command Recruitment is partnering with an independent dealership in Rochester to recruit a Car Sales Executive. You will build relationships with customers, present vehicles and add-ons, and turn leads into sales in a high-volume environment.

The role offers a £22,000 base salary with a £60,000 OTE and potential to earn more for top performers. Standard hours are Mon-Fri with weekends on a rotating schedule.

• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to upsell accessories.

What You'll Do

• Experience: Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent)-ideally with a proven sales record.

• Self-Starter: You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.

Hours

• 5 Days Per Week
