Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.
• Welcome customers, establish rapport and understand their requirements.
• Provide professional advice on vehicles, features and finance options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Manage showroom, telephone and online enquiries; follow up with prospects.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work towards individual and dealership sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete sales administration.

Job Title: Car Sales Executive

Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands

Salary: £21,000 Basic Salary - OTE £50,000 (Uncapped Commission)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, with a day off during the week. Every Saturday 9am - 5pm. 5-day working week.

• Sell new and used vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.
