Job description

Southampton area

ALTERNATE WEEKENDS PLUS A DAY OFF IN THE WEEK!!

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join an already successful team at their prestige franchised dealership in Southampton.

Salary
Basic - 20k
OTE - 45k - 60k (uncapped)

Hours
Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 6.00pm
Sat - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Sun - 10.30am - 4.30pm
Weekend on weekend off with a day off in the week

The Role
  1. Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales.
  2. Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of the vehicle brand.
  3. Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance and insurance products and optional extras.
  4. Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing.
  5. Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates.
  6. Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with the process.
  7. Adhere to industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance.
