Used and/or New Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a Used and/or New Car Sales Executive for our Main Dealer Motor Garage located in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Job Details

Role: New or Used Sales Executive

Salary: Basic £20,000 with an OTE of approximately £50,000 - £55,000

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (day off during the week)
• Saturday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Sundays (on a rota): 10.00am to 4.00pm

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, qualifying their needs and demonstrating vehicles accordingly
• Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales, including add-on sales
• Maximize every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business

Candidate Requirements

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting objectives
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Highly motivated with a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Smart appearance and well-organized
• Valid UK driving licence
