Used and/or New Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a Used and/or New Car Sales Executive for our Main Dealer Motor Garage based in Winchester, Hampshire.

Job Details

• Location: Winchester, Hampshire
• Basic Salary: £20,000 with an OTE of approximately £50,000 - £55,000
• Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (day off in the week)
• Saturday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Sundays (alternate): 10.00am to 4.00pm

Role Responsibilities

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives
• Drive personal performance daily with determination to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Highly motivated with a competitive sales mindset
• Smart appearance and well-organized

Additional Requirements

• Meet and greet customers, assess their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly
• Achieve and maintain high levels of vehicle sales, including add-on sales
• Maximize every sales opportunity for repeat and new business
• Hold a valid UK driving licence
