• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Full UK driving licence is essential; residency within 10 miles of Slough or Maidenhead if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
• Present suitable vehicle options and conduct effective product demonstrations.
• Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, and promotional offers.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately related to sales transactions.
