Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are working with a leading car dealership in Newport to recruit a Car Sales Executive. You will sell new and used vehicles, support customers from first contact through to delivery, and cross-sell services such as insurances. The role requires a current or recent car sales background and a strong customer-service ethos.

You’ll join a team at a prestigious Newport site with a clear training path, good benefits, and a target-driven, commission-led environment.

Qualifications

• Current or recent Car Sales experience ESSENTIAL.
• Must be target driven and commission led.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service attributes and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sell prestigious new and used cars and related services.
• Support customers through every step of their buying journey.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and drive sales growth.

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the region s most successful and established car dealership groups. Due to continued growth, they seek and experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Newport site selling their highly reputable and prestigious new or used vehicles.

Car Sales Executive package/hours:

• A starting salary of £23,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken)
• Very high uncapped OTE
• An excellent list of benefits including pension, holidays etc
• Great working environment at their prestigious Newport site
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience:

• Current or recent Car Sales experience ESSENTIAL
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required

Overview:

• You will be responsible for selling prestigious new cars, in addition to other services such and insurances etc
• You will support customers through every step of their buying journey from their first interaction until they purchase their new vehicle and beyond
• The group offer a comprehensive training and development programme, you ll gain the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards
