Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Car Sales Executive for the Cribbs Causeway, Bristol site. You will sell prestigious new and used vehicles, support customers through their buying journey, and benefit from an extensive training and development programme.

The role offers a starting salary of £23,000 per annum, a fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken), very high uncapped OTE and a strong benefits package on a 40-hour week, Mon–Sat with lunch.

Qualifications

• Previous car sales experience or 2 years in a target driven sales environment.
• Must be target driven and commission led.
• Strong customer service attributes and reputation is crucial.
• Organised, detail oriented and committed to developing product knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Sell prestigious new cars and related services such as insurances.
• Support customers through every step of their buying journey from first contact to delivery.
• Engage in the group’s training and development programme to improve selling skills.

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the region s most successful and established car dealership groups. Due to continued growth, they seek an experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Cribbs Causeway, Bristol site selling their highly reputable and prestigious new or used vehicles.

Car Sales Executive package/hours

• A starting salary of £23,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken)
• Very high uncapped OTE
• An excellent list of benefits including pension, holidays etc
• Great working environment at their prestigious Cribbs Causeway site in Bristol
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience

• Previous Car Sales experience OR a minimum of 2 current years in a target driven sales environment essential
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required
