Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment seeks an experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Cribbs Causeway, Bristol site selling prestigious new or used vehicles.

You will join a successful dealership group, earning a starting salary of £23,000 per annum with a fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken) and very high uncapped OTE. Training and clear career progression are provided at a prestigious Cribbs Causeway site in Bristol.

Qualifications

• Previous Car Sales experience or a minimum of 2 current years in a target driven sales environment essential
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for selling prestigious new cars, in addition to other services and insurances
• You will support customers through every step of their buying journey from their first interaction until they purchase their new vehicle and beyond
• The group offers a comprehensive training and development programme; you’ll gain the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards

Car Sales Executive - Cribbs Causeway, Bristol

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the region’s most successful and established car dealership groups. Due to continued growth they seek an experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Cribbs Causeway, Bristol site selling their highly reputable and prestigious new or used vehicles.

Package / Hours

• A starting salary of £23,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken)
• Very high uncapped OTE
• An excellent list of benefits including pension, holidays etc
• Great working environment at their prestigious Cribbs Causeway site in Bristol
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience
