Overview

My Client is a Main Dealership in Lewes and they’re looking for a Sales Executive to join their brand new site!

Package

Car Sales Executive Package £24,000 Basic – £45,000 OTE

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
• Follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
• Have a friendly but professional approach and first class people skills.
• Be Proactive, Driven and Highly Motivated to succeed.
• Demonstrate success in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.).
• Follow a structured sales process, whilst being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
• Be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Must have a valid UK driving licence.
• Minimum of 3 years in a main dealership, a successful proven track record in the motor industry, and a degree of stability among previous/current roles.
