The Solution Auto in Blackpool is recruiting a New and Used Car Sales Executive to engage customers in the showroom and deliver a top-class experience. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and guide them through the sales journey.

Training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses to support your career. The role may include alternate weekends and offers a company car as part of the package.

Our client, a fantastic employer with a great reputation, is looking to recruit a New and Used Car Sales Executive.

As a Sales Executive:

You will look forward to interacting with customers in the showroom and deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that their needs are understood.

You will make recommendations on products that meet their requirements and guide them through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have.

Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure they provide their customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Salary: 25k Basic 45k OTE
