Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in the United Kingdom is looking for a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. You are the main point of contact for customers, conduct appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and provide exceptional service. The role requires 42.5 hours per week on a rotating 5-on/2-off pattern, including weekends.

Salary is £28,200 per year with OTE £35,220. Fantastic monthly and annual bonuses enhance earnings.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is preferred.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers and ensure efficient branch operations.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary, secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver great service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to support sales process.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
