Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding UK branch network. You will drive customer service, car appraisals, price negotiations and deal closures while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll work 42.5 hours weekly on a rotating 5 days on, 2 days off pattern with weekend work. The package includes a competitive salary, substantial monthly and annual bonuses, and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Current UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Main contact for customers and ensure efficient branch operations.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to support sales workflow.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.

Responsibilities:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
