• Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the delivery process, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently.
• Collect payments and ensure all financial documentation is accurately completed.
• Explain warranties, after-sales services, and vehicle features.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department and support post-sale relationships.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the brands and products to build customer confidence.
• Work independently to maximise every sales opportunity.
