Avis Budget Group Bathgate is seeking a Customer Service Agent to manage rental enquiries, bookings and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment, delivering a high level of customer service from initial contact to end of rental. You will handle calls and emails, arrange vehicle changes, book servicing and MOTs, process hire invoices, and support fleet and revenue goals.

Aufgaben

• Receiving and dealing with calls and emails from customers requiring assistance.
• Dealing with customers who attend the store in a professional manner.
• Arranging vehicle change overs and vehicle rotation for customers.
• Identifying vehicles requiring service and MOT, booking them in and communicating this with our customers.
• Dealing with the processing of new rentals, and off-hires.
• Processing hire invoices for customers.
• Managing and processing jobs for vehicles off the road.
• Managing and processing breakdowns for customers.
• Any other relevant tasks supporting the wider business.
