Job summary

Woking Borough Council is seeking a friendly Car Parks Ambassador in Woking to provide outstanding customer service across our car parks, helping residents, visitors and businesses enjoy a safe, well-managed parking environment.

You will patrol car parks, assist customers, report maintenance issues, and work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations. A full driving licence is required for some roles and a benefits package is included.

Salary: £24,309 - £25,592 per annum plus flexible benefits £1,754 per annum and vehicle allowance up to £2,683 per annum.

About the Role

As a Car Parks Ambassador, you'll be the welcoming face of our parking services, helping residents, visitors, and businesses enjoy a safe, clean, and well-managed parking environment. No two days are the same, as you'll be out and about across our car parks, assisting customers, monitoring facilities, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
