Times24 in Coventry is seeking a friendly Car Park Attendant to deliver excellent customer service across busy car parks. The role involves greeting customers, directing traffic, patrolling sites and assisting with basic maintenance outdoors.

You will travel between nearby sites during shifts, work Sundays to Thursdays 8am-4pm, and hold a full UK driving licence. No prior security experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
• Basic computer skills to operate site equipment.
• A basic knowledge of smartphones to communicate across internal channels.
• Full Manual UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Willingness to travel between sites during shifts.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

• Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
• Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
• Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
• Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
• Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant!

Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team!

This is aFulltime role (37.5hours p.w), that will see you working Sundays to Thursdays from 8am to 4pm, with Fridays and Saturdays as rest days.

What You'll Be Doing:

This role is based within the Coventry area and includes a mobile element. You’ll be required to travel to other nearby sites during your shift to provide operational support, ensuring consistent service delivery across the area. This makes it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple locations.
