Times24 UK Limited is hiring a Car Park Attendant at our Bloomsbury Square site in London. This full-time night role (37.5 hours per week) runs 10pm–6am, Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. You will be the friendly face ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming parking experience.

No prior experience in customer service or security is required; training is provided. Key duties include assisting customers, regulating entry/exit, patrolling the grounds, minor grounds maintenance, and

• Painting walls, stairwells and bay lines (training provided).
• Outdoor landscaping tasks such as weeding and hedge trimming (training provided).

This is a Full time role (37.5hours p.w), that will see you working 10pm to 6 am shifts, from Tuesdays to Saturdays, with Sundays and Mondays as rest days.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Car Park Attendant at our Bloomsbury Square site your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
• Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
• Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
• Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
• Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
• Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

Requirements:

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
• Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role.
