Times 24 UK is seeking a Car Park Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service and support smooth operations at the parking facility in Manchester. You will assist customers, monitor equipment, and help manage traffic, ensuring safety and high standards.

We provide full training; prior parking experience is not essential. The role focuses on reliable service, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service at the car park.
• Monitor ANPR systems, intercoms, and equipment; perform minor maintenance.
• Ensure smooth traffic flow and space utilization.
• Enforce parking regulations and safe practices.
• Handle payments and resolve customer complaints.
• Conduct Health & Safety checks across the parking area.
• Patrol premises for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Assist with vehicle movement and safe parking.
• Report incidents or safety concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with operational changes and training.
