CarMoney is hiring a Sales Advisor at our Motherwell Head Office. You will manage inbound finance enquiries, build trust with customers and structure tailored motor finance solutions. The role focuses on consultative selling rather than cold calls.

You’ll join the Ninja Training Academy from day one to become a high-performing finance specialist, with progression opportunities and uncapped commission. This is a full-time UK-wide opportunity based in Motherwell.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience (any industry)
• Driven by targets, progression and earning potential
• Customer focused with rapport building abilities
• Organised, proactive and motivated to succeed
• Aspire to become a CarMoney Finance Ninja

Responsibilities

• Manage warm, qualified inbound finance enquiries (no cold calling)
• Conduct fact-finds to understand affordability and credit profile
• Structure tailored motor finance solutions
• Present proposals to lenders and negotiate approvals
• Support customers in sourcing vehicles within budget
• Liaise with dealerships and suppliers to move deals
• Oversee from enquiry to payout and maintain FCA compliance
• Maintain CRM updates and deliver professional customer service
