Job summary

The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Building & Engineering capital programme and PMO. You will deliver professional administrative and secretarial assistance to senior B&E staff involved in investment plans and LTHT projects, developing understanding of the projects you support.

Qualifications

• Provide project administrative and secretarial support for LTHT Building & Engineering (B&E) capital programme and PMO.
• Support senior B&E capital team members in delivering investment plans and LTHT projects as directed.
• Attend mandatory training and engage in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administrative and secretarial support to LTHT B&E capital programme and PMO.
• Develop understanding of B&E and other projects to provide effective support.
• Support projects across the Directorate and wider LTHT as directed.
• Assist with governance, paperwork and scheduling for multiple projects.
