Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join the Capital Projects PMO. You will provide project administrative and secretarial support to the Building & Engineering capital programme and PMO, assisting senior team members in delivering investment plans across LTHT projects.

This role offers exposure to a busy multi-project environment with responsibility for governance, administration and assurance across over 100 projects and £80M in progress,

Qualifications

• The post holder shall provide project administrative and secretarial support.
• Support senior members of the B&E capital team in delivering investment plans and LTHT projects.
• Develop understanding of B&E and/or other projects where they are providing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administrative and secretarial support to LTHT's Building & Engineering capital programme and PMO.
• Assist senior B&E capital team in delivery of investment plans and LTHT projects.
• Support projects across the Directorate and wider LTHT as may be directed from time-to-time.
