Welltower in London seeks an Invoice Analyst to manage the full AP cycle, code invoices, and verify budget compliance for Capital Projects. You will work with project owners to reclass expenses and ensure proper approvals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in AP or accounting, familiarity with UK invoicing rules, and strong Excel skills. Payscan/Yardi experience is preferred, and you will assist audits and vendor management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment, including coding and approvals.
• Analyse invoice discrepancies and prepare reclassifications to align with budget.
• Verify project signoffs, maintain records, and process contract change orders.
• Assist with vendor management, audits, and documentation requests.
