Job summary

Severn Trent Plc in Coventry is looking for a Liaison Officer to join the Capital Delivery SMT Support Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting January or February. The role is 37 hours per week and office-based.

You will deliver communications, project and administrative support across Capital Delivery, produce the weekly department newsletter, coordinate internal communications and events, manage distribution lists and online content, and assist senior leaders with messages.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and supporting teams or senior individuals.
• Experience producing communications and engaging stakeholders.
• Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• A-level or equivalent qualification required.
• Knowledge of SharePoint helpful but isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications, project and administrative support across Capital Delivery.
• Produce weekly departmental newsletter and coordinate colleague communications and events.
• Maintain distribution lists and online content; help senior leaders present clear messages.
• Diary management and administrative support to senior leaders.
• Facilitate meetings and support the Contract Approval Board team.
