Qualifications

• Experience managing or selling through distribution networks.
• Experience selling capital equipment (CapEx) products.
• Proven success selling premium or high‑value equipment.
• Strong commercial, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate and develop distributor sales teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to territory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare distribution partners.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities across the territory.
• Conduct joint field visits alongside distributor sales teams.
• Lead and support the sales process from opportunity identification through to close.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Support distributors in increasing product awareness and market penetration.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise sales performance and customer satisfaction.
