Proclinical is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead sales across Northern England for advanced surgical technologies. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, support clinical teams, and implement strategic plans to drive growth.

The role involves training surgeons and staff, representing the company at trade shows, and ensuring compliance with healthcare access requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Sales experience in cardiac surgical ablation systems is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented team player.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel 50-80%.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit territory targets.
• Identify and engage new customers and opportunities.
