Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an experienced Distributor Sales Manager to drive growth across the North of England and Scotland.

You will manage key distribution partners, deliver product demonstrations and lead new business opportunities, while partnering with internal teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Based in the North with regular travel, you will own the distributor network, train partner teams, and influence strategic decisions that strengthen market presence for

Qualifications

• Experience managing or selling through distributors.
• Experience selling capital equipment (CapEx) products.
• Success selling premium or high-value equipment.
• Strong commercial, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• The ability to engage, motivate and develop distributor sales teams.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to territory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare distribution partners
• Identify and drive new business opportunities across the territory
• Conduct joint field visits alongside distributor sales teams
• Lead and support the sales process from opportunity identification through to close
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions
• Support distributors in increasing product awareness and market penetration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise sales performance and customer satisfaction
