The role focuses on monitoring capacity, forecasting demand, and coordinating across teams to prevent service disruption and support growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service, infrastructure, and application capacity trends.
• Identify capacity constraints and risks before they impact service.
• Coordinate capacity planning across technical teams.
• Assess the impact of major incidents on capacity and resilience.
• Support recovery planning during major incidents where capacity or performance is affected.
• Provide demand forecasting and growth planning.
• Escalate capacity-related risks to operational and leadership teams.
• Maintain capacity reports, dashboards, and improvement plans.
