Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Capacity Forecasting Analyst to join our team in Basingstoke. This is a full-time fixed-term role for 12 months, with the option to work from home and in the office.

You will use your data analysis skills to support our Customer Service Management Centre and Property Services teams with capacity planning across all channels. Develop forecasting models and tools to enable accurate planning, and share insights with stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• Experience working in resource planning or a knowledge of the fundamentals
• Excellent Analytical, planning and organisational skills
• An expert knowledge of Excel and the ability to use capacity models
• The confidence to connect and engage with your stakeholders
• To be ready to get stuck in and help there team where needed
