Responsibilities

• Monitor service, infrastructure, and application capacity trends.
• Identify capacity constraints and risks before they impact service.
• Coordinate capacity planning across technical teams.
• Assess impact of major incidents on capacity and resilience.
• Support recovery planning when capacity or performance is affected.
• Provide demand forecasting and growth planning.
• Escalate capacity risks to leadership teams.
• Maintain capacity reports, dashboards, and improvement plans.
