Job summary

Imperial College London is looking for an e-Learning Technologist (Assistant) to aid in the migration of module content into Canvas at the Business School. This full-time role will involve supporting the processing, migration, and quality assurance of learning materials, and ensuring a consistent user experience. The successful candidate will have experience with digital technologies, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A flexible hybrid working option is available, alongside generous leave and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital learning and virtual learning environments.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the migration and organization of module content into Canvas.
  • Assist with the development and enhancement of e-learning materials.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks for content accuracy and functionality.
  • Maintain records of module migration progress.
  • Provide guidance to staff on Canvas and related tools.
  • Participate in team and project meetings.

Skills

Experience supporting teaching and learning using digital technologies
Strong organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience of supporting e-learning or content migration projects
