Job summary

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of food, allergens, and Food Safety Management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and preparing the staff canteen ahead of lunch service, ensuring the area is clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Liaising with the Operations team to ensure menus and allergen information are accurate, with correct food labels displayed alongside all dishes.
• Supporting the smooth and efficient service of food to staff during lunch periods.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring effective stock rotation, including date checking and minimising waste.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout service.
